Handy Tips for Displaying Formulas in Your Excel Spreadsheet

Have you ever wished you could see formulas right in the sheet for easier checking? Or increase the zoom level without the hassle of straining your neck to read the tiny formula bar?
When dealing with errors in a group of formulas, viewing them side by side makes spotting the issues much easier.
Did you know you can fix this in two ways? ….firstly using the ribbon, but who needs to know about that, don’t we all love a keyboard shortcut?
Get ready, because this is going to sound weird…
Look on your keyboard to the top left, is there a key you probably have never used under the Esc and to the left of the no. 1 key?
It has a group of strange characters on it, one of which is the French ‘grave’ accent, which is why some call this the grave key.
Hold down Ctrl and tap this odd key.
Hey presto, your spreadsheet will display the formulas it contains in the cells!
Simply repeat the shortcut to toggle the function and return it to showing the answers to the formulas!
