Learn, in the comfort of your own workplace, via hands-on problem solving sessions, how to use Microsoft Project to quickly plan, schedule and monitor a project. Using tasks and resources, you’ll learn how to monitor work, costs and budgets, and track progress and slippage on the plan.

Learn with the convenience of remote meeting technology such as Teams or Zoom.

With the benefit of two screens each learner will feel involved, and the live training delivers the same quality of training as the in-room experience of trainer/delegate interaction.

The trainer will deliver the training live, with each demonstration on one screen, taking the trainee through the examples step by step on their own screen.
